Hole in One Club

My signature below indicates that I am adding my name to The Bridges Golf and Country Club Hole In One Club. A

$5.00 charge (per enrollee) will appear on my monthly Bridges Golf and Country Club statement when another

member makes a hole in one, if that member is also in the hole in one club. Hole in One award will be in the form of

Golf Shop Merchandise Credit. (Credits are not applicable for food and beverage.)

Please Note: This form must be completed and turned into the Administrative office to be included in the Hole in

One Club.

Rules for a Valid Hole In One

A Hole In One is considered valid:

a. If made during a round of at least nine holes, except that a hole in one made during a competition match should be acceptable even if the match ends before the stipulated 9 hole round is completed.

b. If the player is playing one ball; a hole in one made in a practice round in which the player is playing two or more balls will not be acceptable.

c. If attested by someone acceptable to the Committee. (Minimum of one acceptable witness)

d. If made during a stipulated round shortened by an event out of the players control (i.e. a weather event in which the golf course becomes unplayable and is closed by the golf course superintendent or Club staff member.)

e. If playing golf at The Bridges Golf and Country Club. (Hole in Ones are not awarded if playing at other courses.)
